A Different Conversation Starts Here.
For too long, we’ve celebrated drinking and whispered about sobriety.
We’ve treated alcohol as the expectation—and choosing not to drink as something people have to explain.
We are changing the conversation around alcohol because ReDefining Sober is built on a different belief.
What ReDefining Sober™ Stands For
A different conversation starts with different values.
Compassion
We replace judgment with curiosity.
Lasting change begins when you feel safe enough to tell yourself the truth.
Freedom
Your path is yours.
Whether you drink less, stop drinking, or simply become more intentional, you get to define success for yourself.
Hope
Every Small Step Matters
Because the goal isn’t just changing your drinking—it’s creating a life you don’t want to escape from.
Danielle’s Story
Seven years ago, I walked into treatment believing alcohol was the problem. What I discovered was that alcohol was only part of my story.
Recovery gave me something I never expected: the chance to reconnect with myself. To learn self-trust. To heal shame. To build a life I didn’t want to escape from.
As I shared my journey, I realized so many people were quietly asking the same questions I once did.
“Do I have to hit rock bottom?”
“Can I change my relationship with alcohol without fitting into someone else’s definition of recovery or sobriety?”
“What if I just want to feel better?”
That’s why I created ReDefining Sober™.
Not to tell people whether they should drink or not drink—but to give them a safe place to ask honest questions, explore what feels right for them, and build a healthier relationship with alcohol without shame, labels, or rigid rules.
Today, through coaching, speaking, my podcast, and the ReDefining Sober™ app, my mission is simple:
To help people reconnect with themselves and create lives they don’t want to escape from.
You Might be here because…

You’ve started wondering if alcohol is taking up more space in your life than you’d like.

You want to drink less—but don’t know where to begin.

You want a space that’s free of shame, pressure, or black-and-white thinking

You’ve stopped drinking and are wondering, “Now What?”

You’re tired of feeling disconnected from yourself.

If any of this sounds familiar…You’re in the right place.
What Working with me looks like:
Real, compassionate conversations—no judgment, just honesty and curiosity
Tools to reconnect with your intuition and build self-trust
Support through the messy middle—because trans-formation isn’t linear
Guidance rooted in empowerment, not fear
A space to rise into the most aligned version of yourself
